See v\u00f5imaldab meil energia tasakaalu hinnata t\u00e4psemalt ja efektiivsemalt. Eestis moodustab p\u00e4ikeseenergia 2022. aasta energia kogutoodangust umbes 7% ning selle osakaal kasvab iga p\u00e4evaga. Ajal mil maailm soosib j\u00e4tkusuutlikke lahendusi, muutub p\u00e4ikeseenergia t\u00e4pne ennustamine aina olulisemaks. Kujutagem maailma, kus me suudame ette arvestada p\u00e4ikesepaneelide tootlikkust, seel\u00e4bi optimeerides selle kasutust ja panustada m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rselt keskkonnas\u00f5bralikku tulevikku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ilmaennustused on p\u00e4ikeseenergia prognoosimisel \u00fcliolulised<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuidas ennustada midagi nii d\u00fcnaamilist nagu p\u00e4ikeseenergia? See on kombinatsioon ilma m\u00f5istmisest, meie p\u00e4ikesepaneelide tundmisest ja energiatootmise mustrite \u00e4ratundmisest. Meie andmeteadlased ja -insenerid kasutavad ilmaennustuste saamiseks globaalset prognoosis\u00fcsteemi (GFS). Kus vaadeldakse selliseid tegureid nagu \u00f5hutemperatuur, pilvkate ja kiirgusvoog. Tehnilised detailid on samuti olulised &#8211; nagu p\u00e4ikesepargi v\u00f5imsus, asukoht ja paneelide nurgad. Praktiline ja t\u00f5hus mudel, mis m\u00f5tleb kiiresti. Me valisime <a href=\"https:\/\/stacc.veebilahendused.ee\/et\/otsustuspuul-pohinevad-masinoppemeetodid\/\">otsuspuup\u00f5hise l\u00e4henemisviisi,<\/a> mida nimetatakse juhuslikuks metsaks. See on kiire ja osav, et m\u00f5ista igap\u00e4evaseid ja -aastaseid ts\u00fckleid. Muutsime aja ts\u00fckliliseks representatsiooniks, et p\u00fc\u00fcda p\u00e4eva ja aasta r\u00fctmi. Pole muret, meil on plaan B. Me l\u00fclitume sujuvalt oma tagavara mudelile. Ajalooliste andmete ja k-l\u00e4hima naabri (KNN) algoritmi abil selgitame v\u00e4lja, millised olid sarnased p\u00e4evad minevikus. See on meie turvav\u00f5rk ettearvamatuteks olukordadeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>P\u00e4ikeseenergia ennustamise t\u00e4psus&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00fc\u00fcd, k\u00f5ige olulisem k\u00fcsimus &#8211; kui hea on meie ennustus? Tavaliselt m\u00f5\u00f5detakse seda keskmise absoluutse protsendilise veaga (MAPE). Siin aga peitub konks: \u00f6\u00f6tunnid toovad palju nulle, muutes arvutusi ebakorrektseks. Seet\u00f5ttu otsustasime\u00a0 kasutada kaalutud keskmist absoluutset protsendilist viga (wMAPE) p\u00f5himeetrikuna. P\u00f5hjalikult testitud, meie mudel annab pidevalt muljetavaldava 22-25% viga eraldi test andmestikul. V\u00f5rdluseks, Eleringil on p\u00e4ikeseenergia tootmise prognoosimisel wMAPE umbes 30-31%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00f5him\u00f5tteliselt t\u00e4histavad meie mudeli t\u00e4psus ja kiirus koos usaldusv\u00e4\u00e4rse varuplaaniga olulist sammu puhtama energia tuleviku suunas. \u00dchendades ilmateadlikkuse masin\u00f5ppega, ennustab STACC p\u00e4ikeseenergiat t\u00e4pselt ning omab ka turvalisusv\u00f5rku nendel hetkedel, kui ilmaennustused ei ole k\u00e4ttesaadavad.
